Gaps in provider confidence
Teams need practical menopause education and resources to support informed conversations and individualized care.
Menopause program strategy and implementation
We help gynecology, primary-care and concierge practices create thoughtful, evidence-informed menopause services with clear workflows, confident teams and practical implementation support.
The problem we solve
When menopause care depends on each provider creating their own approach, patients can receive inconsistent guidance and teams can struggle with unclear next steps. Limited training, short visits and gaps in follow-up make it harder to turn clinical knowledge into a dependable service.
Teams need practical menopause education and resources to support informed conversations and individualized care.
Without a shared process for intake, visits, patient education and follow-up, care can become fragmented.
Practices may want to expand menopause services but lack the time, operational structure or implementation support to move forward.
Pause & Effect Consulting helps primary care, OB/GYN, concierge and DPC practices, and health systems close these gaps through provider training, practical workflows and menopause program development.

Our approach
Define who the program serves, how care is delivered and what the practice needs to launch responsibly.
Create practical workflows, resources and team training around the way your practice actually operates.
Implement the program, monitor early performance and correct the operational gaps that appear after launch.
Practice perspective
“A successful menopause program has to work for the patient, the provider and the practice.”
